1. These terms and the app license
These service terms describe your use of LingoKey, provided by Little Human Group Inc. The App Store app license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms supplement that license and do not replace Apple's purchase terms or limit rights available to you under applicable law. This LingoKey section of the website is separate from other products hosted on this domain.
2. Keyboard setup and permitted use
Add a LingoKey keyboard in iOS Settings to use basic input, offline candidates, deletion, and keyboard switching. Full Access and its confirmation are optional, and the app's setup instructions can be skipped or dismissed. The containing app does not require this permission before use. If you choose to enable and confirm it, select the actual LingoKey keyboard in the app's verification field. Visiting Settings alone does not confirm access. The confirmation uses a local nonce-based handshake with a five-minute lifetime; each verification uses a fresh nonce. A missing, expired, unmatched, or unverified receipt does not establish permission.
Basic keyboard typing remains free, including without Full Access or Pro. Word-learning access is determined only by Pro subscription access. Full Access does not grant a subscription. Use LingoKey in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the apps in which you type.
3. Vocabulary learning and accuracy
LingoKey offers native typing and offline dictionary word translations between its supported languages. Conversion candidates and translations depend on the available dictionaries, word senses, and input. Coverage varies by language and word. Missing translations remain blank. Word translations and individual word cards are vocabulary aids; they are not sentence translations or a guarantee of the meaning of a whole message. Review text before sending or relying on it.
4. Pro subscriptions
Pro is required for containing-app access and word-learning features. Monthly and yearly auto-renewable plans are purchased through Apple's App Store. The configured USD base prices are $4.99 per month and $29.99 per year; your actual localized price, billing period, and any eligible offer are shown by Apple before purchase. The yearly plan includes a three-day free trial only when the actual App Store offer is available and you are eligible. The monthly plan has no free trial. This website does not process purchases.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your App Store account under Apple's purchase terms. If you accept a free trial, the subscription proceeds to paid renewal unless cancelled under those terms. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription management. Deleting LingoKey does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases in the app using the relevant Apple account. Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem. Purchases and restores require a network connection; keyboard typing and dictionary lookup remain offline.
5. Privacy and permissions
The keyboard does not record or upload keystrokes or document contents. It temporarily processes composition and nearby text in memory. Optional Full Access supports local permission confirmation, key feedback, and local preference writes; it does not enable online input processing in LingoKey. Language and subscription records are read by the keyboard, while a keyboard with Full Access can write the small local permission receipt and bounded local word preferences. 6. Offline data and changes
Bundled dictionaries and components retain their applicable third-party licenses. Credits and license information are available in the app's About page, and derived dictionary exports carry their notices. These terms do not replace those licenses. App updates may change features or dictionary coverage. Updated terms will be dated on this page.

基础键盘输入始终免费，未开启完全访问或未订阅 Pro 也可使用。词汇学习权限只由 Pro 订阅决定，完全访问不会授予订阅。请遵守适用法律和你正在输入的应用的使用规则。
3. 词汇学习与准确性
LingoKey 提供原生输入及离线词典译词。候选与译词取决于已有词库、义项和输入；覆盖因语种和词语而异，缺失译词保持空白。词卡用于词汇学习，不是整句翻译，也不保证整条消息的语义。发送或依赖文本前，请自行核对。
4. Pro 订阅
容器 App 使用及词汇学习功能需要 Pro。月度与年度自动续订通过 Apple App Store 购买。配置的美元基础价格为每月 4.99 美元和每年 29.99 美元；实际本地价格、周期及可用优惠以 Apple 购买确认界面为准。年度方案只有在真实 App Store 试用优惠可用且符合资格时才提供 3 天免费试用；月度方案无免费试用。本网站不处理付款。
订阅按 Apple 购买条件自动续订，直至在 App Store 账户取消；接受试用后，若未按这些条件取消，将进入付费续订。可通过 Apple 订阅管理管理或取消。删除 App 不会取消订阅；恢复购买需使用相应 Apple 账户。退款由 Apple 通过 报告问题处理。购买与恢复需联网，键盘输入与词典查询仍离线运行。
5. 隐私与权限
键盘不记录或上传键入内容和文档，只在内存临时处理组字与有限邻近文本。完全访问为可选，用于本机权限确认、按键反馈和本机选词偏好写入，不用于在线处理输入。键盘仅读共享语言和订阅记录，有完全访问时可写入小型本机权限回执及有数量限制的选词偏好。字段、有效期及 Apple 购买处理见 隐私政策。
6. 词库与更新
内置词库和组件适用各自第三方许可，署名与许可位于 App“关于”页面，导出的派生词库携带相应声明。本条款不替代第三方许可。应用更新可能调整功能或词库覆盖，条款更新将在本页标明日期。
