安装键盘与可选完全访问
App Store 发布链接待更新。已安装 LingoKey 后，可按以下步骤设置：
- 打开 iOS“设置 → 通用 → 键盘 → 键盘 → 添加新键盘”，选择 LingoKey 及需要的语言键盘。
- 添加后即可使用基础输入、离线候选、删除和地球键切换，无需开启完全访问。若需要声音、触感及本机共享数据写入，可自行开启“允许完全访问”；各语言条目的权限独立设置。
- 若自愿确认权限，可在 LingoKey App 设置中打开“完全访问（可选）”，在核验输入框用地球键切换到实际 LingoKey 键盘。说明页面可继续或关闭，不阻止 App 使用。
- 该键盘可确认当前权限。仅打开设置页面不代表已授权；未开启或无法核验时只显示未确认状态，不阻止基础输入或 App 的购买、恢复及订阅后使用。

常见问题
已经开了完全访问，为什么状态仍未确认？
自愿核验时，输入框应选中实际 LingoKey 键盘，并且开启权限的就是这个语言条目。系统其他键盘或未授权的条目不能代它确认。每次核验使用新的随机 nonce，回执 5 分钟后失效；缺失、过期或不匹配时只显示未确认。可随时继续或关闭说明，无需确认即可使用 App 的购买、恢复及订阅后内容。
完全访问会上传我输入的文字吗？
LingoKey 键盘不发起网络请求、不上传输入、不在线处理文字。本机权限确认仅共享随机 nonce、检查时间和扩展 bundle 标识，没有键入文本、设备身份或输入历史。完全访问为可选，用于按键声音、触感和本机共享数据写入；实际反馈受设备、系统键盘反馈及静音设置影响。详见 隐私政策。
哪些功能免费，哪些需要 Pro？
基础键盘打字免费，包括未订阅或未开启完全访问时。容器 App 使用及候选译词、点按译词等词汇学习功能需要有效 Pro。完全访问确认是可选项，不会授予 Pro，也不替代 Apple 订阅验证。
为什么某个词没有翻译？
词典覆盖因语种、词语和义项而异。没有对应译词时保持空白，不编造结果。日语等多读音词会尽量保留输入读音的义项约束；词卡提供单词学习，不提供整句翻译。可在 App“关于”中查看现有词库覆盖和许可。
怎么恢复、取消订阅或申请退款？
在 App 内使用“恢复购买”，并登录原购买 Apple 账户；购买与恢复需要联网。通过 Apple 订阅管理取消，删除 App 不会取消订阅。退款由 Apple 通过 报告问题处理。实际价格与试用资格由 Apple 购买确认界面显示，年度可提供符合资格的 3 天试用，月度无试用。
键盘怎么切回系统键盘？
使用键盘上的地球键切换；长按可选择已启用的系统键盘。某些安全输入框会由 iOS 使用系统键盘。键盘的输入语言与学习语言是不同设置，可在容器 App 中分别选择。
如何保护支持请求中的隐私？
反馈问题时可说明 iOS 版本、语言键盘条目、操作步骤和提示文字。请去除截图中的私人消息、密码和付款资料。LingoKey 不会自动附带文档内容、输入历史或键盘诊断。
Setup and support
For help, email littlehumangroup@gmail.com with LingoKey in the subject. Include only the information needed to reproduce the issue.
The App Store release link will be added when available. After installing LingoKey, open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and enable your desired LingoKey entries. Basic input, offline candidates, deletion, and switching keyboards work without Full Access. You may optionally enable it for key sounds, haptics, and local shared-state writes.
If you choose to confirm permission, open Full Access (optional) in the app's Settings and use the globe key in its verification field to select the actual LingoKey keyboard. You can skip or dismiss these instructions. Opening Settings alone is not confirmation. Each verification uses a fresh random nonce; a local receipt containing only the nonce, check time, and extension identifier expires after five minutes. Missing, expired, or unmatched receipts do not confirm permission.
The containing app does not require Full Access or its confirmation before use. Purchase and restore remain accessible; subscribers can use app settings and content without this permission. Basic keyboard typing remains free without Pro or Full Access. Word-learning access still requires Pro. Optional Full Access supports key sounds, haptics, and local shared-state writes, subject to device and system settings; it does not make LingoKey upload or process your input online.
Missing translations indicate a dictionary coverage gap. Word cards are vocabulary aids, not sentence translations. You can view coverage and third-party licenses in About. Purchases and restores use Apple's network services. Manage cancellations through Apple subscription management; request refunds through Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
When sharing a support request, include only the iOS version, keyboard entry, steps, and displayed message needed to explain the issue. Remove private messages, passwords, and payment information from screenshots. LingoKey does not attach typing history or document contents. App Help and Support provides the available contact options.
